Within a storage site, goods must be handled frequently, and in such cases, picking plays an essential role; without the proper equipment and effective control methods, there is a risk of placing a product in the wrong location and not being able to track it.
At Masbel, we use industrial labelling, marking and coding systems designed to speed up and optimise the organisation and picking of stored goods.
Tracking systems can be applied not only to the individual products stored but also to the containers in which they are grouped.
Using a coding system makes it possible to: Speed up the availability of a product, minimise, if not eliminate the possibility of error, and verify the actual availability of the goods
Packaging, wrapping and preparation for transport
By means of an efficient PACKING system, and following a precise and functional phase of picking, the specialised Operators are required to identify the type of packaging necessary to preserve the integrity of the goods to be transported based on their size, weight, volume, the type of material they are made of or the specific characteristics of the product.
The final step, following the preparation of the goods, will be to apply the invoice and packing slip to the packaging, whether it is on a pallet or loose inside a container.

Static storage for your goods
Within our warehouses, both a physical and a virtual place is allocated in our warehouse management system.
This form of warehousing is suitable for every type of company because it makes the warehouse always monitored and easy to manage; thanks to our online warehouse management system, you do not necessarily need your own goods management programme or expensive warehouse software. For each customer, we create a dedicated, password-protected individual account within our easy-to-use online warehouse management system, through which the user can access all incoming goods, outgoing goods and stock management data in real time.

Within our warehouses, each stored item is assigned a fixed position, and the picking process is supported with state-of-the-art scanner devices and modern barcode readers; and our picking racks provide an orderly and protected system of manual storage
