Masbel logistic & storage offers a temporary storage and document archive service at its premises; if you need it, we will personally collect your documents, store them in one of our dry and secure warehouses, catalogue them and place them on dedicated shelving to allow you to consult them at any time. We offer space solutions to professionals, firms, or anyone who needs to archive paper documents, even in large quantities and for as long as necessary.
Warehouses designed for storage
We at Masbel have decided to reserve a part of our facility for document storage because today this activity still plays a fundamental role in the business of any company. Whether we are talking about a large company or a small business, the production and accumulation of documents is inevitable. Think of all the invoices, contracts, administrative documents that need to be stored. The walls and floors of our archive space are such as to allow maximum cleanliness of the room and prevent the proliferation of pests or mould.
Paper collection, transport and cataloguing services
With our dedicated pick-up and transport service, we methodically and precisely organise the documents to be transferred to our warehouse. The same meticulous sorting must be done for the boxes that will contain the binders to be sent to our warehouse, so that the paper to be retrieved can be easily found. Warehousing is also combined with a dedicated service of extrapolation of files and/or paper documents with consequent delivery to your premises in Urgent and Non Urgent mode.
Confidentiality and mutual trust
Our company offers first and foremost the confidentiality of documents, which may contain sensitive data. Therefore, only professionals can operate in this area that requires such discretion and trust. Our warehouses are monitored on a daily basis and in particular we have added additional cameras to monitor even the archive space for the security of all stored documents.
